Cross-Regional Practice of Smart Research and New Courses Designing for New Students from the Perspective of Educational Equity: Shenzhen-Liangshan Experience
Abstract (English)
This article takes the cross-regional educational collaboration between Shenzhen and Daliangshan as a case study, and through field research, explores how joint design of study tours can promote educational equity and ethnic unity in the era of artificial intelligence. The research focuses on the multiple mutual visits and curriculum co-construction practices led by Dr. Wu from 2024 to 2025 between Xingcha Study Tours agency and the Liangshan region: how the ethnic Yi students coming to the GBA ( Greater Bay Area) for new AI courses could empower the Yi area through smart campus experiences and AI technology for the ICH - intangible cultural heritage protection, while the Yi area enriches the study tour system of the Bay Area with local knowledge such as the South Silk Road archaeology and Yi astronomy-mathematics. The research finds that the two-way curriculum design (such as the "AI + Beidou Mother Port" project in Mianning ) not only bridges the technological gap but also deepens ethnic understanding through cultural translation, but it also faces challenges such as cultural sovereignty and resource distribution. Through solutions such as developing bilingual tools and establishing data ethics protocols, the research confirms that cross-regional collaboration can balance the instrumental nature of technology and cultural subjectivity. Ultimately, based on Wu Jinhua's "One Step in a Thousand Years" philosophy, the paper proposes the "Educational Study Tour Bridge" model, providing a practical paradigm for fair education in the global AI era and calling for the construction of an international education collaboration network centered on ethnic unity. Keywords (Ingles)
